Can you relate to the feelings of being the only person of colour in the room?

Have you doubted yourself because you could see no role models?

Would you like to figure out what is your unique value and be able to communicate that clearly?

Would you like to know how to be an effective ally?

Former Agile Coach at Xero and Policy Advisor at MBIE, Suki Xiao talks about her journey from wanting and trying to fit in, to becoming comfortable in her own skin and standing out as a woman of colour, leader and coach who now has the purpose of helping other women of colour rise.

Suki Xiao is an ICF credentialed coach (Associate Certified Coach) with 5+ years of coaching experience and the founder of As You (www.asyou.org). She is passionate about helping professionals find their dream job and empowering women of colour in the workplace. She regularly delivers talks on the challenges that ethnically diverse staff and women of colour face and how to make diversity & inclusion a reality in the workplace.
