Parental Leave in the Public Sector research completed
The Ministry for Women together with the Treasury have now completed their research into parental leave in the public service and the experiences of parents, HR policies and practice. Thanks to all the participants that invested their time and efforts to being involved in the focus groups or interviews carried out in January and February 2017.
