The importance of leading yourself first.

Fien and Sofia took us on a journey explaining the foundations of good leadership, the importance of knowing who you are, what you value, and how this affects the way you behave. They showed us how leading ones self first is the fundamental first step to leading successfully.

Key takeaways

  • If you know who you are and where you're from, then you'll know where you're going.
  •  Building your self-knowledge helps build an invigorating work life.
  • Being more self-aware creates a better understanding of yourself and encourages self-empathy
