Connecting with like-minded public sector colleagues and finding employee led networks in the public sector will be easier with the new Employee Led Networks website.

The Government Women’s Network worked with representatives from Ministry of Education, Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission, Ministry of Justice and Department of Internal Affairs to develop the new website. The website helps people to connect with each other, learn, share information, and events. Employee networks can support staff and help to promote and create a culture of inclusion and diversity in all of our workplaces.

New information about networks, resources and events will be added to the website. Please have a look and let us know what you think.

Gabs Makhlouf, CE Co-Lead for the Diversity and Inclusion Chief Executives Group helped us to celebrate the go live of the website along with the web site project team and representatives from a number of employee led networks. We also took the opportunity to celebrate the first day that women voted in New Zealand 125 years ago was also celebrated. Congratulations to everyone that was involved in this project.
