The new Public Service Legislation Bill is an omnibus bill which will repeal the current State Sector Act 1988 and make some amendments to the Public Finance Act 1989

The Bill proposes a new framework to improve the Public Service through changes in agencies and strives for a unified purpose, ethos and strengthened leadership arrangements.
