In light of Covid-19 developments and restrictions, a decision has been made to hold our Southern Summit online only.


Information about the shift to a virtual event has been sent from our Summit organiser to all registered attendees.

Virtual tickets remain available for purchase until October 22.

 

FAQs for registered attendees

  • I see the virtual event cost is $150+GST, will I receive a refund?

    Yes, those who purchased an in-person registration will be refunded the difference post-event. We will be in contact if more details are required to process your refund.
  • Am I able to cancel my registration?

    Any cancellations received will not be refunded as per the terms and conditions, however given the circumstances we will waive the substitution fee (usually $25 + GST) if you decide to send someone in your place as a virtual participant.
  • What happens next?

    Next week you will receive an email from us with details about the virtual event and how to download the ACE Event App which is where the event will take place.
  • Does this mean I can opt to participate in any breakout session?

    Since there are no limitations on a virtual platform, all breakout sessions will be open. So, if there was a session that was sold out, you are now able to attend.
