Celebrate this global event with us! This year we’ll focus on Māori and Pacific women’s leadership, and how valuable this can be to the public service.

We’ll have two speakers share their leadership journeys and explore ways in which we can utilise our superpowers as women and thrive in the public service while serving others in the most impactful way we can. Let’s #BreakTheBias around women in leadership so the unique qualities wāhine offer become benchmarks for successful leaders.

Our speakers

  • Aiolupotea Sina Aiolupotea-Aiono - Chief Advisor Pacific, Oranga Tamariki
  • Prue Kapua (Ngāti Whakaue, Ngāti Kahungunu) - National President, Te Ropu Wahine Maori Toko I Te Ora Maori Womens Welfare League

Imagine a gender equal world.

A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.

A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

A world where difference is valued and celebrated.

Together we can forge women's equality.

Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias
